Monday 5.30-6.15pm; 12yrs+; with Cheryll
A non-impact, highly effective way to build cardiovascular strength and endurance. Designed for all levels, these classes offer an opportunity for youngsters to set and beat personal goals in a fun environment whilst in the company of others.
Wednesday 5.30-6.30pm; 9yrs+; with Tonia
This is a fun and interactive way for youngsters to be physically active. The circuit will consist of a number of stations with different activities for youngsters to rotate through in a short period of time. This will help introduce new exercises or reinforce skills and movements and useful if playing golf too.
Friday 5.30-6.30pm; 12yrs+; with Sophie
Designed to help teens with physical fitness, stress, anxiety, and body awareness, this builds the groundwork to live a healthy lifestyle in a safe and non-competitive space. This class will compliment their busy academic and extracurricular schedule, connecting them with others and leaving them refreshed and ready for the outside world.
Sunday 12.30-1.30pm; 6-11yrs; with Rebecca/Charlotte
Bringing choreography straight from our very own West End musicals and moves from your favourite pop-stars, this class consists of technical exercises, street dance, team work and stage etiquette. A great opportunity to learn exciting routines, grow in confidence and shine in the creative arts. No matter your level, your child is guaranteed to have fun.
Sunday 4.45-5.45pm; 7yrs+; with Munira
A truly wonderful way to switch off, children can tune out from their lives and in themselves to feel an innate sense of peace. The class is intended for children. This includes a basic warm-up and introduction to strengthening, opening and calming yoga poses that are explored through classic sequences. With easy breathing techniques, children can focus and calm the mind. A variety of adaptations are available for each pose to meet any ability or physical need.
