Personal Training

Our trainers are here to offer bespoke one-to-one sessions designed to help you achieve your goals quickly, safely and efficiently. The team stay up-to-date with the latest training methods, ensuring they can offer you new ways of approaching your workout and helping you unlock your health, fitness and wellbeing potential. You will acquire a greater understanding of your own body, its strengths and limitations. Your trainer will support and motivate you whilst providing variety and progression to your training.  

Our focus is to ensure we find you the trainer with the best skill set to suit your needs. We specialise in a variety of different training areas which include:

Personal training is available in 30 minute and 60 minute increments. These can be purchased in three different packs:

30 minutes
  • One session for £33
  • 11 sessions for £330
  • 23 sessions for £660
60 minutes
  • One session for £50
  • 11 sessions for £500
  • 23 sessions for £1000
